Refreshing Drinks from Fresh Juicing

Juicing Can Be FUN!!!

Create your own recipe.

Pink Melon Delight

Ingredients:
  • 300 ml Ginger Ale
  • 2-3 scoops Orange Sorbet
  • 150 gms Melon, cut into dice
  • 150 gms Strawberries, plus extra to decorate

Method:
  1. Put the melon, strawberries and orange sorbet in a blender and blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
  2. Gently stir in the ginger ale, pour into wine glasses and decorate each with a strawberry.

Tip: As an alternative to block ice, refreeze drinking water or juices in clean milk jugs. They’ll help keep foods cold and provide a handy source of cold beverages as they thaw.

Cardinal Punch

Ingredients:
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Orange juice
  • 120 ml Cranberry juice
  • Slice of Orange and Lemon
  • Top up with chilled Sugar Ginger Ale

Method:
  1. Pour the fruit juices into a cocktail glass and stir before topping up with ginger ale.
  2. Decorate the side of the glass with the orange and lemon slices.

Tip: Dry Ice (frozen CO2 not very cold water ice) is fun to use sometimes, but don't use it with carbonated beverages.

Honeymoon

Ingredients:
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 measure Apple juice
  • 4 tbsp fresh Lime juice
  • 1 measure Orange juice
  • Cocktail Cherry, to decorate
  • 1 measure Maple syrup or clear Honey

Method:
  1. Put some crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and add the maple syrup or honey, lime juice, orange juice and apple juice.
  2. Shake well then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Decorate with a cherry on a cocktail stick.

Tip: The secret for making cold punches is to chill all ingredients before combining them.

  1. These sound yummy - I have to print them out for my daughter - she loves things like this. I have to do a liquid diet basically in July for 2 weeks, I am going to try to incorporate them into my recipes that I need to follow.
